USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

The software and any copies that you are authorized by us to make are the intellectual property of and are owned by 91download.com. The structure, organization, and code of the software are valuable trade secrets and confidential information of 91download.com. You must not disclose, distribute, or otherwise make the software available in any form to any third party.
RESTRICTIONS You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the software. You may not modify, or create derivative works based upon the software in whole or in part. You may not distribute copies of the software or accompanying materials to others.
NO WARRANTY The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. 91download.com does not warrant that the software will operate without interruption or be error-free.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY In no event will 91download.com be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software, even if 91download.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
GENERAL This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where you reside. If any part of this EULA is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the EULA, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms. This EULA may only be modified in writing signed by an authorized officer of 91download.com.
