As an executive director of an organization, I know women can lead, and I would support her if she is nominated. The bias, racism, and sexism are undeniably present, but we've seen progress with Barack Obama's election. The country craves something new, fresh, and capable.

Yet, her past as an attorney, particularly her approach to marijuana-related offenses, raises questions. Nevertheless, her time in California and her commitment to the people have earned her my vote. I'm excited to see what she's been doing behind the scenes, and I believe she'll be a great president.
